Detached house surrounded by greenery on the heights of the Savona hills located a few kilometers from the city center and the sea. Its enjoys a beautiful sea view and the tranquility that the area called Conca Verde offers.

Neighbourhood information

At about 200 m. from the house there is the restaurant/pizzeria Conca Verde. The house can only be reached by own means. Guests will have part of the garden of the house for a pleasant relaxation in the sun. PRIVATE PARKING. The Conca Verde area offers numerous entertainment possibilities: walks along the scenic trails in the area, hiking, mountain biking, jogging or simply pleasant days to spend on the beautiful beaches of the Riviera.
