Apartment in a Historic Villa Surrounded by Greenery. Ideal for those who want to explore the Piceno area, as it is located between Ascoli, San Benedetto, and Offida. In a hospitable environment full of history, we offer the ground floor with a large garden and a private porch. In addition to a spacious kitchen, the floor consists of two large frescoed rooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with a double bed.
My name is Leonardo, I am 27 years old, an engineer, and a football referee. I would love to share my 19th-century villa with you, knowing that you will really enjoy it. I am always available for any issues.
We are a 5-minute walk from the bus stop to the sea. There are no houses or noise around us.
