It's in the center of Venice , nearby rialto bridge and grand canal , being in the center of the city ,it is close to all the various monuments and famous places and the waterbus is 1 minute away by walk. The apartments in Venice are not allowed to provide the deposit luggage service or we will risk a fine for that , the cheapest deposit luggage is at the train station.

Restaurants and Supermarket are 10 meters from the place , San polo District , that goes tfrom Rialto until San polo square , It is famous for its Venetian Bars and the old markets
