Spectacular and bright apartment in Venice with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies overlooking the canal, fully restored in August 2009, located on the first floor of a building (no elevator) in the sought after and refined areas of Dorsoduro.Questo apartment of 80 sqm opens directly onto the living area, where in the middle looms an oval table in style pendant accompanied by cabinet where rests a plasma television and a comfortable sofa. The kitchenette, with a brand new and functional kitchen design, is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and coffee maker. From this room you can access to a balcony overlooking the canal in front of the apartment.
