Residence with swimming pool and community garden in Maccagno Superiore, which consists of seven apartments, each with a private entrance, a balcony and a free parking place. It is located just 10 minutes by car from Maccagno and can be reached via a short uphill road. House no. 1 (two-storey house) Ground floor: bright living- dining room with direct access to the large balcony, an open space kitchen, bathroom with shower. Garden floor: two double bedrooms and a further bathroom with shower. Apartments no. 2 – 3 – 4 These apartments consist of a bright living room with a dining area and direct access to the large balcony, an open space kitchen, a double bedroom, another bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. Apartments no. 6 – 7 – 8 These apartments consists of a bright living room with a dining area and direct access to the terrace, an open space kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Neighbourhood information

Maccagno is a small town on the north-eastern shore of Lake Maggiore, where there are beaches that guarantee safe bathing for young and old people. The most famous of these beaches is Parco Giona, with a restaurant café and a small children's play area, and this makes it ideal for a family day out. The village has a supermarket, a tobacco shop, a newspaper stand and a pharmacy. A few kilometres from Maccagno lies Luino, where every Wednesday there is a famous market with many food and clothing stands.
