Relais Castrum is a historic property part of a mediaeval hamlet in Rome's Boccea area, 20 km from both the Vatican and Bracciano Lake. It offers luxury rooms and fine Italian cuisine.
There are 2 restaurants on site: La Sala Dei Cavalieri serves Italian cuisine in a cosy dining room with fireplace. La Taverna is set at the foot of the ancient tower, with direct access from the parking, and offers grilled meats and a selection of fine wines.
All rooms at Relais Castrum Boccea are air-conditioned and spacious with views of the park. They come with terracotta or wood floors, as well as a minibar and satellite TV.
Staff can organise horse riding excursions as well as transfer services and guided tours of Rome. Parking is free.
