Ur small reality has been active for a year. We have gained intense experience following a very active operation with customers of different nationalities The Staff in fact presents coverage of the most diverse problems. We can give tourist information to customers as there are collaborators who have lived in Sanremo for several years, we have staff available for cleaning the rooms and for the technical problems that may arise from the stay We are able to understand the problems of tourists in any language and to be operational in a short time.

A corner of paradise is the correct phrase to define this studio apartment. In fact, the structure is part of a very beautiful residential context both for its position with respect to the sea, the city center, and for the spaces it offers in the common areas. Petit avec class has a balcony livable from March to October. It is possible to have lunch and dinner without being disturbed by noise

Petit avec class Sanremo is located 200 meters from the most beautiful beaches in Sanremo. Furthermore, in this neighborhood you can enjoy maximum relaxation, both for the absence of noise and for the proximity to some quality services.
