If you are looking for a holiday home for rent in Salento, a crystalline sea and fine sand, the Perla delle Maldive is what you want. The newly built house is located in Pescoluse (Le) 400 m as the crow flies from the nearest free beach and from the main bathing establishments in the Salve area, "BandieraBlu" 2023 in Puglia, as well as 30 minutes by car from Gallipoli. The house has a large well-ventilated outdoor veranda with barbecue and a panoramic terrace with sofas, perfect for suggestive aperitifs and exclusive dinners. Thanks to the private parking with video surveillance and the privileged location near the beach, you can forget your car. Finished interiors and exteriors with a bright, modern and essential line, glossy floors in white and beige tones, but with a touch of Salento classicism provided by the multicolored vault in local tuff stone of the main room. Shower compartment is accessed through an elegant glass door and present transparent glass ceiling. Short distance from essential services (bars, restaurants, food and household items). 20 minutes from the Gibò Luxury Club, awarded in 2019 as the "most beautiful location in Italy".
Host for passion, mindful to details and care of the guest. Availability and courtesy must constitute an essential baggage for those who love to relate to others, like me. The only thing you'll have to think about is enjoying your holiday without worries!
