Attico monolocale completamente arredato e dotato di ogni comfort: riscaldamento ambienti, acqua calda, nuova aria condizionata, Wi Fi, TV, Composto da cucina completamente arredata, bagno completo. Ampio letto matrimoniale Tatami e in più un letto singolo. Tre finestre, due oblò, lucernario. La mansarda è al quinto piano senza ascensore e ci sono 80 scalini per la salita e discesa . Nell ' isola pedonale di Portofino Porto dove è stata costruita la mansarda sono vietati gli ascensori in quanto deturpano le caratteristiche dell' antico borgo marinaro. Per tale motivo la struttura non è adatta a persone con disturbi di deambulazione. Studio penthouse fully furnished and equipped with every comfort: room heating, hot water, new air conditioning, Wi Fi, TV. Consisting of a fully furnished kitchen, complete bathroom. Large Tatami double bed and a single bed. Three windows, two portholes, skylight. The attic is on the fifth floor without a lift and there are 80 steps up and down. In the pedestrian area of ​​Portofino Port where the attic was built, elevators are prohibited as they deface the characteristics of the ancient seaside village. The structure is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

Il nostro staff vi spiegherà il funzionamento dell attico e vi consegnerà le chiavi. Potrete effettuare il check in dalle 3 pm alle 8 pm. Oltre questo orario è richiesto un extra per il late check in. Al momento del check-in devono essere presentati i documenti validi allo staff per la comunicazione alla Questura Italiana. As soon as you arrive at the foot of the building in Portofino Porto at number 53 ( ground floor Dolce & Gabbana ), our staff will welcome you and help you with your luggage up the stairs to check in. Our staff will explain the penthouse's operation and hand you the keys. You can check in from 3 pm to 8 pm. Late check-in after this time is subject to a surcharge. At check-in, valid documents must be presented to the staff for notification to the Italian Police Headquarters.
