- Grande appartamento moderno e funzionale al piano terra di una casa di campagna abitata dai proprietari. - Accesso indipendente dalla veranda che si affaccia sul giardino dotato di barbacue in muratura completo di accessori. - La proprietà si estende su un terreno di 5000 mq. con alberi da frutto. - Cucina abitabile perfettamente attrezzata e dotata di lavastoviglie - A tre chilometri dalla spiaggia di Platamona e vicino alle altre spiagge del golfo dell'Asinara - Collocato a 20 minuti di macchina dal centro di Sassari (raggiungibile anche in autobus) - Nelle vicinanze importanti siti archeologici come Monte d'Accodi e Turris Lybissonis
