Vecchia villa ristrutturata, immersa nel verde e lontano dal traffico cittadino, ma non lontano da negozi, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, panificio, edicola, banca, ecc.ecc. Ubicata a circa 400 metri dal mare.
Sono casalinga e mi dedico al mantenimento della struttura.
In zona, oltre ai vari negozi c'é il lungomare che si snoda per circa 4 km. con lidi attrezzati per grandi e giochi per i più piccoli, nelle vicinanze ci sono molte spiagge libere, il parco acquatico a circa 2 km., le Terme Luigiane a circa 10 km., il Parco Avventura in Sila (50 km.) Si consiglia l'auto. Equitazione a circa 30 minuti, località Fagnano.
