The area offers numerous amenities, including a supermarket 50 meters away and restaurants on the same street. Located on the first floor of a small building, it comprises an entrance hall with a living room with a double sofa bed and kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
