House & Pool is a brand new structure of a few apartments in a private house, surrounded by a beautiful flower garden and a new swimming pool equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. A few steps you will find yourself on the shores of Lake Mergozzo and in the center of the characteristic village. The public beach is located in front of the structure.
