Welcome to my sweet and small apartment with big views overlooking Lake Como and Varenna. A fabulous place to unwind and explore traditional Italian villages and wonderful footpaths. High up (great for walkers) it's close to towns like Varenna but in a sleepy village perfect for guests who want to relax and get away from the crowds. It's a STEEP 25 minute walk from Varenna train station. You need a strong pair of legs or a car. CIN: IT097067C2LV96FACH The apartment itself is small and rustic but full of light. It's simply decorated but I hope you will like the homely feel. There is a small kitchen with a cooker and fridge-freezer, a bedroom with queen sized bed, a living room, a bathroom with shower and best of all, a small balcony with stunning views across Lake Como. There is also a washing machine and of course, internet. There aren't really any rules apart from smoking only on the balcony.There is a free car park about a minute away from the apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet sleepy village. The village itself is perfect for people who want to get away from it all, there are no shops and bars really close to the apartment. About 800 metres from the apartment, along a sweet footpath you get to Perledo which has a shop, a local bar which serves tasty simple food with a stunning view and a bistro. The apartment is above Varenna, it is a very steep 25 minute walk up from Varena train station, perfect for walkers or guests with cars. Although there are occasional buses up from Varenna, they are occasional so guests definitely need a strong pair of legs. The village is surrounded by olive trees and little vegetable gardens. There are many lovely footpaths so you can get away from it all, enjoying the peace and stunning views across Lake Como
