Inserted in a historic building consisting of only 4 units, the apartment has an open space in exclusive property for use in outdoor parking and garden. The independent entrance overlooks the spacious living area: practical kitchenette, very bright thanks to the windows overlooking the courtyard, comfortable closet and spacious dining room. The authentic wooden cladding of the living room, typical of the Dolomite area, has been skilfully restored to its ancient splendor. Near the internal staircase leading to the second floor there is a windowed bathroom. We note the attention to decorative details, such as the original stone left exposed on part of the floor and walls of the dining room. The internal staircase takes us to the first floor where there is the second bathroom, bedroom with a bunk bed, a bedroom with a double bed and the large master bedroom with access to the 24 sqm terrace, Pelmo view, Ideal for relaxing moments outdoors and in comfort.
