Brand new independent studio apartment, 25m2 bright with kitchenette, bathroom, super-accessorized: comfort in small spaces. Especially suitable for young people, maximum 2 people, bright, quiet, located on the second floor and also accessible by elevator, with a small balcony and independent access.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Before accessing the accommodation, you must register using the link we automatically send you by email when you book. Registration requires you to enter your details and the guest's details, if they are over 18. You will also be asked to upload your ID using a camera or a file from our archive, including the front and back of the ID, and a selfie with the ID next to your face. This system helps us expedite the submission of documentation to the relevant authorities, in accordance with Italian law. Documents are automatically deleted from the management system database after being sent to the Lombardy Regional Office for the Protection of Personal Data (ROSS) and the Milan Police Headquarters.
GEOLOCALIZATION
50 meters from the M1 Pero subway, it is ideal for events at the Rho Fair and for all events in the north, north/west of Milan. The center of Milan can be reached in 30 minutes by subway.
The mini-apartment is complete with various appliances, kitchen with induction microwave and coffee machine, table with chairs, wardrobe, iron, shower, washing machine, desk, free WiFi and Smart TV with Netflix access.
We live next to the apartment, we are generally available throughout the day, except for the month of August. For short periods during the day we may only be available by mobile phone
The apartment (studio apartment) is located in a quiet but well-stocked village called Pero. In the evening you don't hear noises, the neighboring streets are quiet and silent.
To get around the area you can do it on foot, it takes from 2 minutes to 10 minutes to get to all the services in the area.
