To the South of Siena in an isolated pastoral setting and completely surrounded by 20 hectares of wooded hills, stands this newly restored independent villa. This secluded old stone farm house dated back 1870 has been carefully restored by the new English speaking owner with taste, using local materials. Surrounded by mature oaks trees in a panoramic position there is the amazing huge swimming pool (15mts x 7mts – 1,40/1,60 mts deep). This exclusive pool, approx. 50m from the house, enjoys expansive views over the hills towards Montalcino and Monte Amiata on the horizon .

The nearest village is Casciano di Murlo, just 4 kms away, where guests can find a grocery, butcher shop, bakery, restaurant, bar, bank, chemist, post office etc. The beautiful town of Siena is just 24 kms away while Firenze and the Tuscan coast are easily reachable in one hour drive.
