Apartment of about 90 m² renovated in 2023, on the ground floor with a view over the vineyards and hazelnut groves of La Morra, Verduno and Roddi.
Courtyard with pergola and whirlpool for exclusive use, available from June to September. Convenient to all the most famous places in the Langhe (Barolo, La Morra, Bra, Alba.....).
