The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

With two comfortable beds, it offers an ideal solution for couples and friends visiting the city or for business stays thanks to fast wi-fi with fiber optics. The new M4 subway is a 10-minute walk away and connects you to Linate Airport. The meticulously detailed apartment has been carefully optimized in its space management in order to provide a comfortable living room for 2 people in a modern, contemporary setting. A creative entrance within the closet wall will accompany you into the modern living room. Immediately to the right you will find a comfortable king-size sofa bed. In the brightest corner of the apartment, a modern and functional kitchen awaits you, fully equipped with various appliances, including: low refrigerator, washing machine, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. To complete your comfort, we will also provide you with coffee capsules and tea bags. To enrich the living area, we find a handy smart TV equipped with Netflix and Internet connection so you can relax during meals and after a tiring day of shopping or work. Completing the apartment we find a large windowed bathroom with elegant mosaic walls. We thought of innovative solutions to maximize space, such as the combined toilet and bidet facility, which allowed us to offer a surprisingly spacious shower. You will also find a hair dryer and a welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner. The house is NOT air-conditioned, but a large ceiling blower as well as a floor fan will provide excellent airflow in this studio apartment.
