The central part of the villa of 130sqm is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, 35'' TV and split A/C;
- KITCHEN CORNER with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- SERVICE BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine;
- VERANDA with dining table, armchairs.
The annex of 60mq is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, 27'' TVand access to the veranda;
- KITCHEN CORNER with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- VERANDA with dining table.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning via split only in the central part (in the living room and in the two bedrooms), clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE. There is no air conditioning in the annex.
Cot and cots for newborns on request and subject to availability.
The hot tub is not usable.

The villa is located in Casagliana, just 15 minutes by car from the city of Olbia, the main tourist arrival point in northern Sardinia. With its port and international airport, the scenic and natural beauty of its territory, its history and traditions, its offer of active tourism, Olbia is a modern and ancient city at the same time, and will be able to offer you unforgettable experiences.
The coastal area of Olbia extends for a hundred kilometers alternating beaches with cliffs of incomparable beauty. We remember the Marine Protected Area on which the island of Tavolara stands out. The northern beaches, Pittulongu, lo Squalo, Mare e Rocce, Bados, Marinella, Razza di Juncu and Rena Bianca, are characterized by very fine white sand as well as crystal clear waters; to the south the beaches of Saline, Marina Maria, Costa Romantica, Li Cuncheddi, Poltu Casu, Capo Ceraso and Porto Istana are among the favourites.
A real "must" in our municipality is Porto Rotondo, one of the most famous and fashionable locations of the international jet set surrounded by spectacular beaches.
