About this property
Set in a 30-hectare chestnut forest, Bosco Ciancio is in the heart of Mount Etna Nature Reserve. Dating back to the 18th century, this ancient manor features a large garden with outdoor dining area.
The rooms at Bosco Ciancio are bright and decorated with warm colours. All with wood-beamed ceilings, they also feature a fridge. Some rooms come with a French balcony.
This stone farmhouse has a shared lounge with arched ceilings and a bar. Breakfast is continental and the restaurant serves traditional Sicilian cuisine. It uses only the freshest ingredients and meat from local pastures.
Staff organise massages, Nordic walking lessons and excursions to Mount Etna upon request. Parking is free and Biancavilla centre is 7 km away. Catania city centre on the coast is around 1 hour's drive away.
Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 9.1 for a two-person trip.
