Bixio 2 is a bright studio offering a modern and comfortable ambience, ideal for short or extended stays in the beautiful city of Como. The flat's central location allows easy access to all of the city's main attractions, from the charming alleyways of the historic centre to the beautiful lakefront, making it a perfect base for exploring Como and its surroundings. The bright flat seems to have even more light and space thanks to the white tiled floor. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances is decorated with blue panels and includes a dishwasher for your convenience. A dining table for 4 is perfect for convivial meals and moments of relaxation or study. In the same room you will also find a TV cabinet and a chest of drawers to store your personal items, ensuring order and functionality. The double sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we think it is only fair that you use the sofa during the hours when you are not sleeping. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa) , with shelves above to place objects on, adds further comfort and practicality, transforming the living room into a comfortable sleeping area. The bathroom, also tiled in white, is equipped with a toilet and shower, providing a clean, modern environment for daily needs. Outside, the flat has a terrace furnished with a table for 4 people, ideal for enjoying meals and aperitifs in the open air or simply relaxing in the cool air. A washing machine is also available on the premises, making this studio an ideal choice for a carefree stay. Quality bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available. Smoking is strictly prohibited. All commercial activity is forbidden inside the flat. The flat does not have a private car park but there are free public car parks outside the building.

Nearby: Staying at BIXIO 2 Lake View you are in a strategic position, a few minutes from the historic centre of Como and a stone's throw from Villa Olmo and its picturesque promenade leading to the Hangar (hydrofoil departure point). In the city centre you can stroll through the cobbled streets, shops, bars and restaurants, churches and pretty squares: the famous Piazza Duomo, with its marvellous cathedral and its Broletto, both worth visiting; Piazza San Fedele, a pretty little square with the Romanesque basilica of the same name; Via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the most famous streets for shopping; Piazza Volta, very lively for aperitifs and after-dinner drinks all year round; Porta Torre, one of the historical entrances to the walled city; Piazza Cavour, the largest square in Como, in front of which it is possible to take the Navigazione Lago di Como boat and reach the most famous places on the lake (Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna). On foot, or by renting city bikes, you can also reach Viale Geno, following it as far as Villa Geno. At the beginning of Viale Geno there is also the Funicular railway station to reach Brunate and its lighthouse, where you can stop for lunch in one of the many restaurants, or continue with a panoramic trek towards the Lario mountains, with a break in one of the mountain huts you will encounter along the way. How to get there: By car, from the A9 motorway take the Como Lago exit and drive along the SS340 until you reach 'Via per Cernobbio'. Follow it in the direction of Como, pass Villa Olmo and continue along "Via Borgovico". Here take "Via Nino Bixio" and reach the flat in a few minutes. By train, from the station Como San Giovanni go down the stairs to reach the stop "Como, s. Rocchetto". Take the bus, No. 7 "Como Recchi" for 4 stops, and get off at the stop "Como, Bixio 34". In 2 minutes walk to the flat.
