PAYMENT METHOD The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) in effect. On-site payments are not accepted. Please note that failure to charge the payment will result in the cancellation of the booking. GUEST ACCESS Many of our apartments do not have a reception desk; therefore, our guests will access the property through a self check-in system, receiving an access code or details for picking up the keys. For this reason, it is important that all guests have received the instructions prior to their arrival. Please contact us if you have not received them. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Once the booking is confirmed, our guests will receive a personalized form (Guest Portal) that must be filled out with all the necessary information for check-in. All guests staying at the property must enter their personal details into the Guest Portal. Failure to provide the requested information may result in the cancellation of the booking.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortably accommodating four people, whether for business or leisure. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated with the living room, yet remains independent, creating a dedicated area along with the large dining table. Upon entering, you immediately feel the spacious, airy, and bright atmosphere. To the left, you'll find the balcony, designed and positioned to offer a sense of freedom while maintaining privacy, ideal for aperitifs and dinners. Inside, the living room is truly spacious, featuring a double sofa bed and a relaxing area with a television. The living room opens into the dining area, which remains separate, with a large and fully equipped kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats four people. Continuing with the open-plan concept but with independent spaces, the double bedroom opens up, featuring a very spacious wall wardrobe.
