Property information

Hello my name is Chicco and I will be happy to host you and give you all the information about the Valle d'Aosta. My accommodation is large and spacious, bright and close to the city center and all the city's attractions, places of interest, bars, restaurants, close to the Pila ski resort cableway, just 900 m from buses and train stations. Under the house a well-stocked snack bar for breakfast, cold meals and aperitifs, and a supermarket just 70 meters away. Sheets and towels provided at extra charge of 10 euros per person (20 if double) to be paid to the ceck in, in cash, over the 100 euro deposit which I give you back to the check out. Cleaning by external company mandatory (from 25 to 40 euros) per stay excluding kitchen. You can freely use the kitchen but the cleaning is not included in the price and in case it will involve an extra cost of 50 euro. In the case of single room rental, remember that you will share the bathroom and kitchen with other the guests if there. The internet line is a tourist utility connection not suitable for downloading music or videos. It is forbidden to smoke in the house and is asked not to use shoes in the rooms, the floors are wooden, delicate!
