周辺エリアの情報
Costalta – “Costauta” in the local ladin language – has medieval origins.
There’s still trace of what Costalta must have looked like up to the beginning of 1900 - when houses were all made in wood and only the white church was built in stones.
Walking through the steep yet evocative streets of the village, you can still admire about thirty wooden houses that survive untouched, proud to adorn themselves with wooden statues that tell the story of the family who lived there.
Any season is perfect to take a rest from noisy cities and relax in the incontaminated and peaceful village of Costalta!
