A private cottage very near the Golden Circle. Two separate houses, one (56m2) with 8 sleeps and the other (28m2) with 4 sleeps. Fully equipped with a hot tub, barbeque, and washing machine. The houses are located near the Golden Circle in the heart of the South of Iceland. This location makes it an ideal base for exploring some of Iceland´s most popular attractions like Gullfoss, Geysir, Kerið, Thingvellir (national park), Laugarvatn (Fontana spa) and Seljarlandsfoss to name a few. The location is wonderful, only 25m (80 feet) from Lake Apavatn filled with local trout. Main house (Sólbakki) (8pers.): Room 1 Queen size bed for two persons (160x200cm) Room 2-Double size bed for two persons (140x200cm) and a bunk bed (70x190cm) for one person Room 3- Double size bed for two persons (140x200cm) and a bunk bed (90x190cm) for one person Has TV, AppleTV and a high chair for toddler. Extra house (Sjónarhóll) (4pers.): Queen-size bed for two persons (160x200cm) and a bunk bed for two persons (90x200cm) Has Shower, children bed and a mini kitchen A lovely place with sleeps for up to 10-12 persons
