Set in a peaceful, natural setting, Eyjólfsstaðir Guesthouse is just a 10-minute drive from Egilsstaðir and the local airport. All rooms feature simple, modern décor and guests have access to a communal lounge, where free hot drinks are available at all times. Shared bathrooms include six showers and five toilets. A scenic walking path winds through the nearby forest and along rivers, offering a peaceful escape in nature. The friendly staff are happy to help arrange horse riding and tell you about the attractions in the area. The geothermal pool in Egilsstaðir is just a 10-minute drive away.
