The Premises: Traditional Portuguese house built in 1931 with a new modern wing added recently. The Rooms: Basic clean and neat rooms with attached toilet and bath. The room has amenities like AC, mini refrigerator, wardrobe and hot water through solar geyser. The room is "cute" as described by a guest and ideal for a single person or a couple max. I live on the property and am on hand to help and advise guests.

I have recently retired from active service and now live on the property. I like meeting people and making friends of them. My day generally starts with music from the golden eras of the 60's to 80's in English, and my mother tongue Konkani. I eat to live.......all types of food, but love Goan food the most. I don't much care about travelling, unless it is to the right places and with the right people. My aim in life is to be able to do something good for others.........basically to help people in whatever little way I can.

The Neighborhood: Good and decent neighborhood with residences owned by foreign nationals too. Bang on the main road, with a restaurant on the premises and plenty of outdoor street parking available. Essentials available within walking distance. Local and international cuisine restaurants within walking distance. Getting Around: Local bus stop outside the premises with buses that ply every 15-20 minutes to the main city of Panjim (8 kms) and the beaches of Candolim and Calangute (6 kms). Rent-a-car or bike can be arranged. Car and driver can also arranged for airport transfers and sightseeing trips on separate payment.
