Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Please note that the swimming pool is open from 01 April until 31 October. The pool will be closed on Yom Kippur. Please note that the pool may be closed due to unfavorable weather conditions. Please note that the West Side Restaurant is open from 19:00 until 23:00. Please note that the gym is accessible only by adults of 18 years or older. Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is after 16:00 and check-out is at 13:00. Please note that the lounge is open from 11:00 until 19:00.
