Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Please note that the hotel's Business Lounge comes at extra costs. It is closed from Friday to Sunday every week. Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays check-in is available only after 18:00 and check-out until 14:00. late check-out will be charged an additional NIS 250 and must be arranged in advance with the reception. When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Due to the current situation in Israel, the hotel is working in an emergency format. Some of the facilities might be closed for guests accordingly.
