Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Please note that this is a kosher property. When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that on Saturdays, check-in is only possible from 18:00 onwards. There is no possibility to arrive to the Hotel before 16:00. In case of overcrowding, the hotel reserves the right to transfer guest bookings to other dates or to another hotel at the same level or level above, on the same dates. Motorcycles and boats cannot be dropped off through the hotel beach, access to vessels / craft is prohibited.
