Property information

Old Village Barn is a barn conversion near to the village of Woodford in County Galway. Hosting three bedrooms; one ground floor double, one double and a twin room (all en-suite), this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside of the barn there is ample off road parking and a lawned garden to the front and rear with patio. Beautifully presented in a tranquil location, Old Village Barn is a delightful holiday retreat. Please note: property cannot accommodate one-night stays.

Neighbourhood information

Woodford is within easy reach of Lough Derg and surrounded by woodland and countryside. Set close to the border of County Clare, Woodford has a good selection of amenities housed amongst pretty, pastel coloured buildings. Great fishing can be sought on the Lough Derg, less than a mile from the village, plus wonderful walks lead in every direction. Just an hour's drive away, Galway boasts a comedy clubs, theatres and night clubs. It also is home to festivals, museums and countless cafes, shops and restaurants, all set beside a rugged coastline.
