A charming house situated 25 minutes outside of Kilkenny city, and 30 minutes from Cashel. The Motorway is only 8 minutes away. The house is situated midway between the towns of Freshford and Urlingford. Ther is a smoking hut to accommodate any smokers and a nice garden view. This house is purpose built for B and B and complies fully with Kilkenny fire regulations. It also has safe broadband and full public liability insurance.

Our house is situated beside a main road, but is quiet. We are between two family houses, so there are always children playing in the gardens. It is a friendly, small neighbourhood.
