This beautiful dwelling is situated on "The Wild Atlantic Way", just a 2 minute drive from the beautiful seaside village of Quilty. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with stunning views of the "Atlantic Ocean" and "The Cliffs of Moher". Shannon Airport is just 45 mins away also a 5 minute drive from Spanish Point, 15 mins from Lahinch. Miltown Malbay the home of the "Willie Clancy Summer School" is just a 5 minute drive from us, where there are also many shops, pubs, restaurants. Trump International Golf Course home to the "2026 Irish Open" is just 10 mins drive away, we also have "Spanish Point Golf Course" on our doorstep only 2 mins drive from us, "Lahinch Golf Course" is just 15 mins drve from us also! We have "Sky Golf TV" steaming along with all other sporting channels! Quilty village is just 2 mins drive from us it has a grocery shop and also the lovely "Cooneys Quilty Tavern" bar and restaurant where you have stunning views of the Atlantic ocean while dining!
