I am involved in the leisure and business accommodation in the Dublin area. I have a number of properties available to let. I aim to provide guests a very good standard of accommodation. Bright modern apartment suitable for leisure and corporate bookings.

Belarmine is in a quiet residential area on the south side of Dublin city. There is a tram service to the city centre. The journey to the city on the tram takes about 35 - 40 minutes. It is a 10 minute walk from the apartment to the tram stop. There is a nice green area immediately to the front of the apartment. There is a local shop around the corner from the apartment along with a pharmacy. Dundrum is just 10 minutes away on the tram.
