Ardara is the perfect base along the Wild Atlantic Way to explore the majestic scenery that County Donegal has to offer.
Ardara is pronounced "Ard-ra" and in Irish is “Ard an Rátha” meaning “Height of the Fort”. Ardara is a thriving village offering many places to eat and drink as well as multiple shops offering world famous handwoven tweeds and knitwer.
