Home located in picturesque surroundings near Adare village, Co. Limerick. Large private mature gardens with patio and orchard to the rear. The house comprises of 3 large bedrooms, two king and one double, there is also a double bed in the dressing room adjacent to the master bedroom which is ideal for children. There is two bathrooms, master bathroom has roll top bath and separate shower and Ensuite bathroom has bath and shower also. Living room, Kitchen with dinning table with adjacent sunroom with double doors opening on to patio with garden furniture and large garden. WC and utility room complete the downstairs. Broadband and free on site secure parking included.

The house is located on the outskirts of Adare Village, a car is required Adare village is 10 minutes drive which is world reendowed as Ireland's most picturesque village has a wide selection of restaurant, coffee shops and pub offering a fantastic selection of food and beverage options. Neville's at the cross is a very nice gastro pub serving lunch and dinner just a few minutes drive from the house. Adare Manor golf course is the venue for the 2027 Ryder Cup is 10 minutes away. For outdoor activities Knockfierna walking trail is close by in addition to a number of golf courses, horse riding in Clonshire and walking tours of Adare/ the house is an ideal location of exploring Limerick and surrounding counties. Driving times to Limerick city 20 minutes, Shannon airport 40 minutes drive and Killarney, Co Kerry 1 hour away
