Nestled at the end of a small cul de sac, in a mature neighborhood, this wonderful 5 bedroomed property boasts a large private south facing garden. The property consists of a spacious living room with wooden floors, a very large kitchen come dining area with wood burner and utility room. There are two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a large bathroom downstairs. There is a small central courtyard off the hall. Upstairs consists of 2 double and one single bedroom and a tiled bathroom.
Berna is an active outgoing person who loves keeping fit, walking running and exercising and has worked in the Health and Fitness Industry. She has been hosting international students in her home for over 20 years which allowed them to experience Irish life and culture. She finds it a very rewarding experience and has made lots of great friends. She is now hosting guests all year round and wants her guests to feel relaxed and comfortable. She loves to travel and is very interested in learning about other countries and cultures. She speaks Spanish and French Berna's motto is "Enjoy Life"
The village of Shankill is a walk from the house. There is an excellent bar called Mickey Byrne's where one can enjoy a pint of Guinness, it serves good food and there is live music at the weekend. The Bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the house E1 takes you to Dublin City Center. The Train Station is 10 minutes walk from the house.
