✨ This is a private villa, not a hotel. There is no reception or staff on standby, so guests are expected to be independent during their stay. We provide detailed check-in instructions, and we’re available if anything urgent comes up, but day-to-day assistance is not included like in a hotel setting. If you’re looking for full-service hospitality, this may not be the right fit. But if you value privacy, space, and a self-guided stay, you’ll feel right at home. 🐱 we have neighborhood cats living around and sometime the cats will come to the house for chilling and sleeping around the outside area 🐱 Motorbike parking ✅ Note: WE DONT HAVE DESIGNATED CAR PARKING (car can just park in front of our villa since we are in the end of the alley)

‼️ Please note ⚠️ Important – Nature & Bug Disclaimer: As we are in Bali where nature is part of the experience. While the property is cleaned thoroughly, we also regularly perform professional pest control and the villa is kept in great condition, bugs, geckos, and other small wildlife may appear outdoors ,this is normal and cannot be fully avoided in this tropical environment. 📍 Honest Location Notice - Our villa is a private unit located in a mix local and long term stay foreigners neighborhood in the heart of Canggu, down a small alley (car access through the alleyways) surrounded by real daily authentic life experiences. Expect to hear neighborhood sounds sometimes such as scooters and people going about their day. This is not a remote villa - Please note that the access road (alleyways) to the villa is not fully perfectly paved but it is easily walkable and accessible by scooters and cars. We only own the villa property itself—the surrounding road belongs to other multiple private owners and public land, unfortunately we don’t have capacity to make changes to the surrounding road. So while we maintain our part, we cannot modify area we don’t own. This kind of road (alleyways) access is common in Bali, especially in local neighborhoods like Canggu. - There are no nature views or scenic landscapes here – we’re in the middle of Canggu’s “concrete jungle”, close to shops, cafés, and everything urban Bali offers. If you’re looking for lush greenery forest/rice fields this may not be the right place for you.
