In case you need to apply for a visa before travelling, the confirmation will be forwarded to the appropriate consulate. Please note that the appropriate consulate will also be informed upon the cancellation of your reservation.

Please note that Visa CUP Cards cannot be used to guarantee reservations.

Please note that pets can be accommodated for an additional fee:

Less than 10 kg, 15 EUR per night.

Between 10-15 kg, 20 EUR per night.

Over 15 kg, 25 EUR per night.

Please note that we can accommodate only one pet per room in our property.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Please note that in case of booking 7 or more nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

In case of non-refundable reservations, payments should be made via bank transfer or a secured link.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
