Zephyrus Boutique accommodation offers a unique quality of accommodation within the original stone walls of the property. Nestled within the labyrinth of cobble stone streets of Varos, one of the oldest suburbs of Split. At Zephyrus we strive to maintain a high standard of comfort, with attention to the fine details. Choose to stay in either, our one or two bedroom apartments with private balconies. Enjoy early morning coffee or a glass of wine before dinner, over looking old town roof tops. Our double rooms, all with unique and elegant decor, queen size beds with high quality bedding, and spacious en suite bathrooms, with coffee, tea facilities. All our bedrooms have access to a newly refurbished private courtyard an ideal resting place after a long day of exploring our vibrant city. The Studio Loft is our new addition, spacious studio with a kitchenette, dining table, en suite bathroom and views that are definately worth the climb to the top of our house.

Zephyrus Boutique Accommodation is situated in the one of the oldest suburbs of Split, Varos, once home for the local fisherman and farmers. Tucked away within the maze of narrow cobbled stoned streets and alley ways, lined with traditional stone houses that mostly consisted of a closed yards with stables and wine cellars on the ground floor while an exterior staircase lead to the sleeping quarters. We encourage you to immerse yourself into the history of Varos. Stroll through the streets that were only wide enough for the man and his donkey. Keep an eye out for medieval churches, or follow the aromas of hidden eateries with authentic Dalmatian cuisine. Hike up Marjan Hill and take in the spectacular views of Split and the surrounding islands.
A UNESCO World Heritage site since 1979, explore Splits major landmarks, take your time and spend endless hours embracing the history. Wander through the basements of Diocletian’s Palace, admire the beauty of St.Dominius, walk through the narrowest street in the world.
