Two apartments are located in a new, nicely designed building, situated a few steps to a beautiful beach, which is due to the clear sea and sand, especially suitable for children. In the vicinity there are restaurants and playgrounds.
Preko is the road and administration center of the island Ugljan. Its hidden beauty has become a destination where tourists always come back. It is rich in religious and cultural buildings. One of them is a Franciscan monastery from the 15th century, located on a beautiful little island located near the apartments. On the hill above Preko is St. Michael fortress built by the Venetians in the 13th century and with a beautiful view of almost the entire Zadar archipelago. Dear guests, enjoy sightseeing, swimming, sailing, surfing, hiking, cycling, and relax on one of the terraces overlooking the city harbor.
