Villa with a swimming pool - House Lavander, for a total of 12 guests, is located in an exceptional location, in the center of the small, tame and quiet place Šmrika. If you want to wake up to the twitter of birds and the scent of lavender, enjoy tranquility and privacy, but at the same time be close to all major sites and exciting events our beautiful riviera has to offer, you are in the right place! House Lavander is a modernly decorated villa that has all the necessary equipment, and provides you with the comfort and warmth of home. It consists of 2 separate accommodation units with a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms with dining area, fitness room and sauna. Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning are available. The kitchens are also fully equipped with: dishwasher, microwave and all other necessary utensils. In front of the villa you can relax, sunbathe and enjoy the large terrace overlooking the sea and the Krk bridge, or enjoy the shade of the gazebo preparing delicious meals on a large concrete grill, swim in its own large pool and children play in the children's corner in the garden.

House Lavander is located at the very heart of Kvarner riviera, in the vicinity of Kraljevica (2.5 km), famous for its rich history, and just about 10 km from Crikvenica, the top tourist destination of Kvarner. The famous bridge of Krk is just a short drive from the apartment so you can get to the Rijeka Airport or Krk in no time and explore the beauties this largest Croatian island has to offer. Numerous beautiful beaches that we definitely recommend our guests to discover are also close by. Just a 15 minute drive on the fast road will get you to the center of Rijeka – the cultural, historical, commercial and industrial center of Kvarner and the County of Primorje-Gorski Kotar and with an additional 5 minute drive from Rijeka you can visit the renowned Opatija, the exquisite beauty of Kvarner and a must-see for all Kvarner visitors. For summertime hikes during the main season, or for enjoying the snow in winter times, we recommend a visit to Platak, a sporting, recreational and tourist attraction, located about 25 km from the apartment.
