We are a family-managed four star Apartel offering hotel service on bed. As well, we give the choice to take lunch, dinner and drinks in our Restaurant "Tempera". The modern and comfortable Apartel with personal flair and an excellent location at the mere end of the promenade, in the new yachting areal, offers an ideal starting point for your vacation or business trip. Even though we are situated in the city center our location is peaceful. We are located on the peninsula Osejava, which is a nature park, optimal for walking, jogging and all kinds of recreation. The small beach is 100 m away and mine Beach walking distace over the promenade by 5 to 10 minits Right next to us is the city sport center. It includes tennis courts, a boccia court, soccer and basketball fields. A path through the park Osejava leads to our neighbor village Tucepi; on this path one can find the beautiful beach Nugal.
