This luxurious Villa is located near the village of Pelekas and just 5 minutes away from the two most popular beaches of the island of Corfu, Kondogialos and Glyfada. 1.5 km away from the Aqualand Park. It accommodates up to 5 guests. It is constituted by two bedrooms, both of them with a double bed and balconies, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and a WC, WiFi, TV, secured parking, private entrance, outside furniture, private pool and BBQ facilities on the garden of the estate.

The neighbourhood is a very quite area, surrounded by greenery. The neighbours are all native, friendly and willing to help. 500 meters away from the house there is the central road, bus and gas station.
