Property information

Our family offers a warm welcome to guests from all corners of the world and here to meet you on arrival and offer any information and advice throughout the duration of your stay. Avgoustina Venus Studio is located in a quiet location on the hillside of Benitses with amazing views from the upper floors. Our studio are all fully air conditioned with Kitchenette, TV and private balcony with furniture and offer either Sea, Pool our Garden Views and located on ground, first and second floor. While away the hours and chillax with a nice cold beer around our swimming pool where we offer free Sunbeds. We have free parking onsite and free wifi. Please note the wifi is not available in all rooms, signal strength is better around the pool area.

Neighbourhood information

The nearest Restaurant is only 150metres and Benitses centre is a short 10 minutes walk and whilst enjoying the walk from our property to Benitses centre, you will pass a vast selection of shops, restaurants, bars, internet cafe', Pizzaria's and snack bars, and on arrival in to the centre you will be spoilt for choice at the variety of Restaurants and cuisines. Benitses hosts 2 beaches offering Sunbeds, Umbrellas and water sports. Centrally located Benitses offers easy access to some beautiful beach both North and South that can be found on our beautiful Island. If you fancy an excursion then why not visit one of the many Excursion Offices around the resort who are there to help all our visitors choose that perfect day out. If you prefer being independent then they can also help you with bike or car hire too.
