It is located very close to The Intercontinental and Grand Hyatt Athens Hotels. It is conveniently located at the middle between the Athenian coastline and the Athenian historical and archaeological centre. The apartment is located at the 2 floor (elevator in good condition) and features 2 fully furbished bed rooms, one with a double and the other with 2 beds. Quality mattresses and linen are provided. A full bath and a well equipped small kitchen are available. Amenities such as Air-conditioning, heating, cooker, washing machine, filter & capsule coffee makers, boilers and iron, Cattles, dishes, cutlery, cups, water and wine glasses are standard. A balcony with a view in the quite neighborhood and a tent is available for the enjoyment of coffee and drinks.

The apartment is at walking distance from the Museum of Modern Art and two Universities. In any case, walking through the quiet back streets of the vicinity always pays off, leading in short time to the foothills of Acropolis or to the absolute centre of Athens at Syntagma Sq. Walking through the pedestrian routes of the quiet neighbor of Koukaki , somebody qoes directly to Plaka, Anafiotika, Thision IF not attracted by local restaurants, cafes and bars.
