On the green slopes of Pelion mountain, where the olive trees grow and the mythical Centaur creatures once lived, some meters away from Lagoudi beach, hospitality acquires comfort and is waiting for you. A newly built house with amazing view and direct access to sea, with all the comforts, ideal for families, located 200m from the central square of Afissos village. The presence of green nature around it and the Pagasitikos Gulf generously offer tranquility and warmth during your stay. The modern decor, the functionality and Pelion tradition together create an enviable atmosphere of hospitality. The house is 65 square meters and includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The yard has a great garden with plenty flowers and some lovable cuddly cats.
As this is a family-owned house one of us will be readily available should any advice be needed or any problems arise. We are very discreet and willing to help our guests with any questions they might have regarding the house or their Pelion stay in general. We will be happy to help you organise your adventure at Pelion (hiking, sea kayaking, horse riding, boat renting, swimming, tips about where to eat and drink etc.)
The property is located over Lagoudi beach, in a quiet neighbourhood 200 metres from the central square of the village where you can find a super market, bakery, cafes, beach bars, taverns with traditional Greek food and bars for later at night. Afissos is a small village so you can go everywhere on foot in 15 minutes the maximum. There is connection with the city of Volos by bus or by taxi. Generally it is advised to rent a car in order to enjoy your stay at Pelion area and visit the magnificent beaches and villages. The property is 24km from Volos (the nearest city), 45 km from Nea Agxialos airport, 250 km from Thessaloniki airport Makedonia and 350 km from Athens.
