The villa is situated sea front with direct access to the sea for guests who would like to swim. There is also a beautiful path in front of the villa that takes you along the seaside on the Athens Riviera. 5 minutes away from restaurants supermarkets. In front of the villa there is a dock that can be used for visitors that would like to debark from a boat. Guests can enjoy the sunset!
