Firostefani lies to the north of the capital of Santorini, Fira and there it has a lot of difference that separates it from Fira. Without a doubt, the views from the cliffs of Firostefani are spectacular, offering another perspective of the whole caldera, where master of the scene is the active volcano island of Nea Kameni. One can enjoy the magnificent sight of Fira itself and the breathtaking sunset in the evening. The village has plenty of restaurants and cafes with terraces on the cliff to get lost in sunsets of a thousand of shades. Between the village of Firostefani and Imerovigli lies the Agios Nikolas Monastery that is one of the most famous glimpse of Santorini. Also protagonist of the views is the rock of Skaros, a historical part of the island that used to be a castle until the 17th century A.C.
